About the Team

Team Intermountain Healthcare was originally founded 14 years ago by 5 friends that rode together. The camaraderie they built while riding helped each of them to further develop their fitness and overall cycling ability. They felt like other cycling clubs only existed for the benefit of a few; rather than existing for all its members. Each of the original founders balanced family, career, and cycling. So, they understood the importance of involving those who support the cyclist in these activities.

Today these philosophies continue to guide the club. In the last 14 years, the club has grown to become the largest in the state.

Thus began a support and sponsorship connecting us all together.

Ogden - Tuesdays 5:30 pm (April), 6:00 pm (May - End of Season)

When: Starting April, 3 2018

Where: Meet in the Shift Works parking lot at 2267 Grant Ave Suite 12A. Make sure you don’t park in blue painted stalls or you will be towed!

What: One of the largest group rides in Utah! We have A, B+, and B difficulties. The LiVe Well Domestic Elite team will lead each group every week for 2018.

A: Drop Ride – Average Speed 28mph, No Max limit Route
B+: Drop Ride – Average Speed 23-25mph, MAX speed 26 mph Route
B: No Drop Ride – Average Speed 17-18mph, Max speed 20mph Route

Salt Lake City - Mondays 6:20 am

When: Starting April, 16 2018

Where: Mondays Meet at the parking lot just east of the Hogle Zoo lot.

What/Route: Salt Lake group rides are on! We will ride up Emigration Canyon, toward Big Mountain. Weber & Davis County folks can get their Tuesday ride up north, then for those who work in SLC, join us up Emigration after work and avoid the going home traffic.
